To be eligible for a return, the statue must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info.statuemanufacturer@gmail.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

If you receive a damaged or defective statue, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
